As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of breads and baked goods from scratch, ensuring every item meets our high standards for flavor, texture, and appearance. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to manage daily production schedules, maintain inventory levels, and uphold cleanliness and food safety in all operations. Your expertise in fermentation, dough handling, shaping, and oven management will be essential to delivering fresh, top-notch products to our customers each day.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Scale and mix ingredients, monitor fermentation, and shape dough to specification.
- Operate ovens, manage bake times and temperatures, and verify product quality.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations; follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, dough planning, and daily production scheduling.
- Collaborate with pastry and front-of-house teams to meet daily demand and promotions.
- Document batch records and report any quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional bakery experience.
- Proven knowledge of bread-making techniques, fermentation, shaping, and baking.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards; HACCP certification is a plus.
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
