Responsibilities
- Develop and execute bancassurance marketing strategies to expand Sun Life's market presence
- Cultivate strong relationships with partner bank institutions and agency networks
- Present and sell Sun Life insurance products to prospective clients through partner channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Conduct product training sessions for partner institution staff
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 degree from any reputable institution
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or bancassurance field
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment
- Deep understanding of financial products and insurance regulations
- Willingness to travel within Singkawang and surrounding areas
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) preferred
