Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell BNI Life Insurance bancassurance products to existing Bank BNI customers.
  • Provide expert financial advice to help clients select the most suitable insurance and investment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Bank BNI branch personnel to foster business growth.
  • Conduct professional presentations and seminars for bank clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and customer education to policy closing and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the company CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or banking industry (Bancassurance experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a banking office environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a deep interest in financial planning and protection.
  • Willingness to be based in Tanjung Balai Karimun and collaborate closely with BNI branch staff.
