As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be the bridge between our premier life insurance products and bank customers. You will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities within partner bank branches, providing expert financial advice, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bancassurance distribution channels within partner banks.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations for bank customers to identify their insurance needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and tellers to ensure high referral rates.
- Process new applications accurately and ensure timely submission to the underwriting department.
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by management.
- Stay updated on the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- High integrity, honesty, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel to partner bank branches in the Palangkaraya area.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy.
