In this role, you will act as a primary representative of BNI Life, stationed within BNI Bank branches to provide tailored financial solutions to bank customers.
As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth. You will leverage the existing relationship between the bank and its customers to introduce comprehensive protection products, ensuring that clients receive the best financial planning advice. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BNI branch staff to optimize lead generation.
- Conduct proactive sales presentations of BNI Life insurance products (Individual Bancassurance) to bank customers.
- Provide comprehensive financial consultations to assess customer needs and offer suitable protection solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all policy applications are processed accurately and comply with internal regulations and company standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up on potential client inquiries.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to report progress and discuss market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, target-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned to BNI branch offices in Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang, or Bogor.
