- Meeting individual performance targets for call quality and efficiency
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve escalations

- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to work rotating shifts within office hours
