Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls from Singapore-based customers regarding banking products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on account balances, transaction history, and credit card inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions or product recommendations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex technical or financial issues to the relevant department or senior management.
  • Strictly adhere to banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest banking policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate clearly with Singaporean customers.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or banking environment is an added advantage.
