Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls from Singapore-based customers regarding banking products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information on account balances, transaction history, and credit card inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions or product recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical or financial issues to the relevant department or senior management.
- Strictly adhere to banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest banking policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate clearly with Singaporean customers.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or banking environment is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur (conveniently located near LRT stations).
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis to align with regional banking hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
