Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls to prospective customers to promote bank products including credit cards, personal loans, and insurance plans.
- Identify and qualify customer needs to provide suitable financial solutions that align with the bank's offerings.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer interactions and lead status within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and data privacy standards during all customer engagements.
- Provide prompt feedback on market trends and customer insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong hunger to achieve sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak a second language is a significant advantage to engage a wider customer base.
- Resilient, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the contract period.
