Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty treatments per the service menu, including facials, skincare therapies, waxing, and makeup applications.
- Conduct client consultations to assess skin type, goals, and customize treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitization of treatment rooms and all instruments in accordance with industry standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling, record client information, and deliver a welcoming, client-centric experience.
- Recommend aftercare routines and product recommendations to support lasting results and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and participate in ongoing training and QA initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve service goals, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Beauty, Esthetics, Cosmetology, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in similar beauty roles; strong skincare and facial skills.
- Excellent communication and outstanding client service mindset.
- Knowledge of sanitation, safety protocols, and infection control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products.
