We are seeking a talented and dedicated Manual Therapist to join our founding team and help us set a new standard for health and wellness in Indonesia.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the full treatment cycle, from comprehensive initial consultations and subjective/objective assessments to applying advanced manual therapy techniques and reassessing outcomes. Your primary focus will be alleviating pain, restoring mobility, and enhancing the overall well-being of our diverse clientele, which includes international tourists, expatriates, and local residents. You will address a wide range of conditions, from chronic tension and sports injuries to postural imbalances and stress-related disorders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify physical limitations, muscle imbalances, and treatment goals.
- Deliver a comprehensive range of manual therapy techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular therapy.
- Design and implement personalized assisted stretching programs to improve flexibility, performance, and recovery.
- Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, ergonomics, and corrective exercises to ensure long-term results.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client treatment records and progress notes.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team, including physiotherapists and fitness coaches, to provide integrated care plans.
- Ensure the treatment environment is impeccably clean, safe, and welcoming for all clients.
- Stay current with the latest research and techniques in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- A recognized Diploma or Degree in Manual Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Science, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Manual Therapist or Sports Therapist.
- Proficiency in advanced soft tissue techniques (e.g., IASTM, Dry Needling, MET, PNF).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required, Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
- A client-centered approach with strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
- Valid professional liability insurance and current registration with a recognized professional body (preferred).
