Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals
- Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and premium skincare products based on individual client needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, treatments, and product offerings
- Collaborate with aesthetic doctors and therapists to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our management system
- Uphold clinic standards and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment
Qualifications
- CIDESCO certification is required for this position
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the aesthetic or skincare industry is preferred
- Strong passion for beauty and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets
- Professional appearance with polished presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Singaporean candidates are preferred for this role
