Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial and body treatments, including facials, body wraps, and skin rejuvenation procedures, according to client needs and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and analyze client skin conditions to recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products and aesthetic treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and all aesthetic equipment.
- Accurately record client treatment history, progress notes, and preferences in our management system.
- Collaborate with team members and senior therapists to achieve clinic performance goals and maintain service excellence.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, aesthetic technologies, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Practice, or related field from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic, spa, or beauty salon is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and body care procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients feel their best.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Attention to detail, precision, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Valid Singapore work permit or eligibility to work in Singapore.
