Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and policies in both Tagalog and English.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
