Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and policies in both Tagalog and English.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Tagalog and English (mandatory).
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding effective solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
