Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual customer support (Spanish/English) via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve healthcare-related inquiries, billing questions, and appointment scheduling
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Continuously update knowledge of healthcare protocols and services
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in healthcare or BPO
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
