Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to tenants in accordance with lease agreements.
- Monitor accounts receivable, tracking payments and identifying outstanding balances.
- Conduct professional follow-ups with tenants regarding overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
- Maintain systematic records of all billing transactions and adjustments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing organized financial documentation.
- Resolve billing discrepancies through effective coordination with the property management team.
- Generate periodic financial reports summarizing billing activities for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for numerical detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with tenants.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
