In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial documentation, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for our auto detailing services. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to maintain smooth administrative workflows and deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Process and encode billing invoices, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain and update records in the company's accounting database and filing systems
- Assist in preparing financial reports, account summaries, and reconciliation statements
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment processing
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related course
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, encoding, or general accounting tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with accounting software and database management systems
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
