Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other non‑voice channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service concerns by troubleshooting, researching, and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system to maintain clear records.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and system changes.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
