Responsibilities
- Record and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and receipts
- Assist with internal and external audit preparations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- At least 6 months of relevant experience or internship in bookkeeping or finance (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Filipino
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
