Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels with professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and back-office administrative tasks to support account operations.
- Resolve complex customer issues by navigating multiple internal systems efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to established quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to streamline workflows during the pioneer phase.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company data privacy and security policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a distinct advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (minimum 30 WPM).
- Ability to multitask between voice calls and back-office administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
