We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results-oriented Branch Admin Manager to lead and oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our Tacloban branch. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in office management, personnel supervision, and business process optimization. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the Tacloban branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage, train, and supervise branch staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including expense tracking, billing, collections, and revenue target achievement.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all branch activities.
  • Coordinate with central logistics and supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels of equipment and parts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to the head office.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to boost branch profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in an Administration Management or Branch Management role, preferably in water treatment, logistics, or a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to be assigned and reside in Tacloban City, Leyte.
