We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our dealership operations in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual branch revenue targets.
- Oversee daily dealership operations, including vehicle inventory management, showroom presentation, and administrative efficiency.
- Provide active leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the sales and administrative staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Jakarta area to refine pricing and promotional strategies.
- Manage branch P&L, ensuring cost-effective operations and reporting financial performance to regional management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by addressing complex inquiries and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, automotive safety regulations, and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience as a Sales Manager or Branch Manager within the automotive dealership industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, financing, and after-sales service coordination.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic financial reporting tools.
