Responsibilities
- Review and consolidate annual departmental budgets to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and investigating root causes.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide guidance on budget utilization and cost optimization strategies.
- Perform regular financial reporting and present insights to management regarding operational spend.
- Assist in the preparation of long-term financial forecasts and budget models.
- Ensure proper mapping of budget activities to achieve accurate financial classification.
- Develop and implement cost-control measures to improve overall profitability.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in budgeting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or controlling.
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and modeling).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
