Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and monitor annual and quarterly budgets across business units.
- Perform variance analysis, forecast updates, and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather assumptions and validate budget inputs.
- Maintain and improve budgeting tools, templates, and reporting dashboards.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities related to budgeting and cost control.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior finance staff on budgeting processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
