Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role within a consulting or strategy environment.
- Strong background in change management methodologies, organizational psychology, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading successful organizational change.
