Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate service agreements and contracts to meet company revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
