Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire new smartphone retailers and mobile network operators.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at distribution companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new partners.
- Provide detailed market analysis and feedback to improve our financing products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential business partners.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven track record in business development, preferably within the financing, fintech, or telecommunications industry.
- Deep understanding of the smartphone retail market and distribution channels in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and business owners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with distributors and retail partners across the region.
