As a Business Development Supervisor, you will lead end-to-end projects ranging from market feasibility studies to the operational launch of new business ventures. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our expansion strategies are not only innovative but also operationally sound and aligned with Erajaya’s corporate objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new business expansion projects across the Erajaya Group.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify high-potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless project integration and stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing business units, providing data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, resources, and budget allocations to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Prepare comprehensive executive reports and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and ROI potential to senior leadership.
- Drive innovation in business processes to improve operational efficiency during the scaling phase of new ventures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project management, preferably in the retail or telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent report-writing capabilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment.
