As our Business & Operations Manager, you will wear many hats—from managing day-to-day cleaning operations and client relations to streamlining internal workflows and team management. You will work closely with the founders to build robust systems, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business profitability. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational workflows to optimize resource allocation and scheduling.
- Manage, train, and mentor the cleaning staff to maintain professional standards and safety compliance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports on operational performance and financial health.
- Implement cost-saving measures and procurement strategies to improve profit margins.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance protocols across all service sites.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business operations, facility management, or a related service industry.
- Proven track record of scaling start-up operations or managing a mobile workforce.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to daily challenges.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) to facilitate effective client and staff communication.
