Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut meat according to customer orders and standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Weigh, package, and price meat products accurately for sale.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during food preparation.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a butcher or in a similar food service role.
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper butchering techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
