Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Handle non-conforming products, including investigation, resolution, and implementation of corrective actions
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining comprehensive documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, finance, quality assurance, and warehousing teams
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value for the organization
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end purchasing operations in manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Experience supporting and coordinating audit processes is highly desirable
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal); strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
