Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns, provide accurate information, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a personalized and efficient service experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to ensure accurate support delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates and College graduates (undergraduates are welcome).
- No prior BPO experience required; we provide world-class training.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City (Shaw).
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
