Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via chat, email, and web-based ticketing systems.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including response time and resolution quality.
- Ensure brand guidelines and communication protocols are strictly followed in every interaction.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture in our Pasig facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO, customer service, or technical support environment.
- Exceptional written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced non-voice environment.
- A positive attitude and a desire to earn more through performance-based bonuses.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
