Join Victoria Care Indonesia as a CCTV Monitor Intern and gain hands-on experience in security operations within a dynamic hybrid work environment. Work schedule follows a hybrid model: Morning Shift (WFO) and Afternoon Shift (WFH), allowing flexibility while maintaining operational effectiveness. Placement is at our office in Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance equipment to detect and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate logs of all observed incidents, alarms, and anomalies in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate and manage CCTV recording systems, ensuring all footage is stored and archived correctly.
- Coordinate with on-site security staff to respond promptly to any security alerts or emergencies.
- Prepare and submit daily incident reports to the security supervisor.
- Assist in routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or technical issues.
- Participate in security briefings and training sessions to enhance monitoring skills.
- Support the security team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Bachelor's program in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused during extended monitoring periods.
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and security monitoring procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and familiar with standard office software (MS Office).
- Excellent observational and analytical skills to identify irregular patterns.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning and afternoon) as per the hybrid schedule.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
