Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support via chat and email channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and efficient solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal support protocols.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, specifically in chat and email roles.
- Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with standard office software and customer support ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- A stable home-internet setup and the ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A college degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
