Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all engineering, maintenance, and technical staff to ensure optimal hotel functionality.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and building systems.
- Manage engineering budget, procurement, and vendor relationships to achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and Hilton brand standards.
- Lead sustainability projects, including energy‑saving initiatives and waste reduction programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within hospitality or large commercial facilities.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Hilton’s engineering standards and brand guidelines is advantageous.
