Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality technical training programs for heavy equipment maintenance.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and practical workshops for technicians.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees to ensure competency levels are met.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in heavy machinery technology and best practices.
- Collaborate with operational departments to identify training gaps and improvement areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electrical, or related fields.
- Proven professional experience in heavy equipment maintenance or technical instruction.
- Deep understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy machinery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics clearly.
- Ability to operate and demonstrate heavy equipment diagnostic tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and structured approach to teaching.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Raya.
