Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
- Manage all corporate finance activities, including capital structuring, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to drive business expansion and operational synergies.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operational heads to enhance project profitability, contract management, and cost control mechanisms specific to the fit-out industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5-8 years as a CFO or Head of Finance in a large-scale organization.
- Proven experience in the Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is mandatory.
- Strong track record in managing complex financial operations, project accounting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface at the Board level.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore tax laws, regulatory requirements (MAS, ACRA), and financial reporting standards.
- Strategic thinker with high integrity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on management approach.
- Proficiency in advanced ERP systems (SAP, Viewpoint, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
