Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in the property or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
