Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the hospital to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for hospital growth, facility improvements, and service expansion.
- Managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring strict compliance with national health standards, Civil Service Commission regulations, and local government policies.
- Preparing and managing the hospital budget, including procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the hospital administration and provincial government officials.
- Overseeing quality assurance programs and patient safety protocols to minimize risks and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must possess a degree in Medicine (MD) with a valid license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
- Completion of a post-graduate residency program or specialty training is highly preferred.
- Must hold a current Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license and a valid Certificate of Eligibility (Civil Service First Grade or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a senior medical leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of health laws, regulations, and government budgeting processes.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position.
