Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, and hygiene maintenance
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) per nursing protocols
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Support registered nurses during medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and medical equipment
- Report patient condition changes and observations to nursing staff promptly
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and transport
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of Nursing Attendant/Caregiver training preferred
- Valid Nursing Attendant certification from accredited institution
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Clean background check and medical fitness certificate
- Must be a resident of Catanduanes or willing to relocate
