As Chief Security at White Rock Beach Clube, you will be the strategic guardian of a premier hospitality venue in Bali. You will lead security operations, shape guest safety standards, protect assets, and ensure a welcoming environment that aligns with our luxury beach club experience.
This role blends executive security leadership with hands-on management in a vibrant tropical setting. You will design and implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, coordinate incident response, and oversee crisis management and emergency planning. You will partner with operations, guest services, and local authorities to deliver safe, seamless experiences.
You will lead, mentor, and develop a high performing security team, oversee surveillance, access control, and safety training, and manage security budgets and vendor relationships. You will champion compliance with local regulations and industry best practices while maintaining a guest centric approach.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all security operations for White Rock Beach Clube, ensuring guest safety and asset protection.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and incident response plans aligned with hospitality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage security staff; build a collaborative, guest-focused security team in Bali.
- Perform regular risk assessments, surveillance oversight, threat monitoring, and security audits.
- Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, crowd management, and emergency communications.
- Lead emergency response, crisis management, and evacuation planning; coordinate with local authorities and medical services as needed.
- Partner with operations, guest services, and events teams to deliver a safe, seamless guest experience while controlling security costs and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and industry best practices; document incidents and conduct after-action reviews for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in hospitality security.
- 7+ years of security leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, entertainment venues, or high-volume beach clubs.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, threat monitoring, incident response, and crisis management.
- Strong leadership, team development, and mentoring skills with the ability to recruit and retain top security talent.
- Excellent communication and guest service orientation; fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations, privacy, safety compliance, and proficiency with CCTV systems, access control, and emergency communications.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, or other physical security credentials are a plus.
- Flexible with shifts, including nights and weekends, and capable of thriving in a tropical climate.
