Baiguan Real Estates Corporation, a leading property management company in the Philippines, is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our facilities management team in Makati City, Metro Manila.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our office buildings, common areas, and amenities. Your duties will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash collection, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. You will ensure that all spaces are presentable and safe for employees, tenants, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You should be reliable, punctual, and capable of handling physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting light equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of all assigned areas.
- Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or shortages to the facilities manager promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift light loads.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
