As a Cleaning Operations Executive, you will serve as the strategic link between management and ground operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure all contractual obligations are met with the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. You will manage day-to-day operations, conduct regular site inspections, handle client feedback professionally, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning crew members, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs related to manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies, and assist in tender preparation for new projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback, complaints, and requests promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA requirements, chemical handling, waste disposal).
- Coordinate logistics for equipment maintenance, inventory management, and procurement of consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports, incident reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in operations management within the cleaning services, facility management, or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with operations management software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across sites in Selangor is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and ISO quality standards is highly advantageous.
