Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning crew members, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage operational budgets, control costs related to manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies, and assist in tender preparation for new projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback, complaints, and requests promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA requirements, chemical handling, waste disposal).
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment maintenance, inventory management, and procurement of consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare and present detailed operational reports, incident reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in operations management within the cleaning services, facility management, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse workforce.
