Indonesia Bakery Family is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Service professional to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our bakery facilities in Kota Banda Aceh, Aceh. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all production areas, dining spaces, and storage zones are spotless, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,800,000 – IDR 4,000,000 per month and the opportunity to grow within a family‑oriented business that values hard work and reliability.
Your daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and adhering to strict health and safety regulations. You will work closely with bakery staff to coordinate cleaning schedules that minimize disruption to operations while maintaining immaculate conditions. In addition, you will be responsible for reporting any maintenance issues, ensuring proper waste disposal, and participating in periodic deep‑cleaning projects to uphold our brand’s reputation for quality and safety.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of floors, walls, and equipment using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Sanitize food preparation areas, utensils, and surfaces to comply with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, detergents, and paper products as needed.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and adjust priorities based on operational demands.
- Report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as oven degreasing, vent cleaning, and floor stripping/waxing.
- Ensure proper waste segregation, recycling, and disposal in accordance with local regulations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably within food‑service, hospitality, or related industries.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and capability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required.
