Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed individual and clinic revenue targets.
- Promote premium Sozo Skin packages and highâend services through consultative selling.
- Identify upsell and crossâsell opportunities to maximize average transaction value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clientele.
- Train, mentor, and motivate clinic staff on product expertise and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences at all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3â5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerâcentric mindset.
- Ability to coach and lead a team to drive performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment procedures is a plus.
