Seven Retail Group is currently seeking a dynamic Clinic Sales Manager to join our prestigious Sozo Skin brand, covering our Mangga Besar and Puri Indah locations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clinic's revenue growth, leading a team to deliver exceptional service and premium aesthetic solutions to our clientele.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of premium beauty retail. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering a culture of high performance, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the premium standards of Sozo Skin. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate clinic staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Drive revenue through the promotion of premium skincare packages, high-end aesthetic services, and beauty products.
- Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Maintain high standards of client relationship management to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and clinic events.
- Ensure seamless operational workflow and adherence to company SOPs across both locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, or premium retail sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire a sales-driven culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proficient in using CRM or retail management software.
- Ability to travel between Mangga Besar and Puri Indah clinic locations as required.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards.
