As a Collection Admin, you will play a key role in supporting our collection processes by accurately encoding and managing sales data, assisting with account reconciliations, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. Responsibilities
- Accurately encode and maintain employee sales transactions in the company's accounting system.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
- Support the Credit and Collection team in reconciling customer accounts and identifying discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate submission of sales data.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding billing statements and payment status.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, receipts, and collection documents.
- Prepare and send collection letters or reminders to overdue accounts as directed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior work experience required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and credit collection processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City on a full-time basis.
