Responsibilities
- Visit customers on-site to discuss and resolve outstanding payment obligations
- Negotiate and establish feasible payment arrangements with delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets and key performance indicators
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and submit regular collection reports to management
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer financial information
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in collections, field collections, or customer service roles
- Proven track record of achieving collection targets and performance goals
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented approach with patience and persistence in handling difficult situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is an advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
