Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in our WMS solutions.
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and alignment with our warehouse management software capabilities.
- Set high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
- Maintain an accurate and organized CRM database of all prospect interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs regarding call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting targets.
- Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends in the logistics and warehouse technology space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or tech software sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed performance-based targets.
- Tech-savvy individual with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or home-office setup with a stable internet connection.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
- Prior knowledge or interest in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations is a significant advantage.
