Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand the company's trading portfolio
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Monitor market trends, analyze price movements, and provide actionable insights to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
- Manage risk exposure related to commodity price volatility and supply disruptions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trading activities
- Prepare comprehensive reports on trading performance and market analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commodity trading, sourcing, or procurement roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Proven negotiation and contract management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English
- Deep understanding of commodity markets and supply chain operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: Experience in energy or manufacturing sector commodities
